Refund and Replacement Policy for Glimpse Homes

At Glimpse Homes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our home decor products crafted from ceramics, metal, wood, glass, and more. Please read this policy carefully, and check individual product pages for specific return/replacement details. If no specific policy is mentioned on a product page, the following general policy applies.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

  • You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are accepted for:
    • Defective or damaged items: We encourage customers to provide an unboxing video to support claims of defective or broken products.
    • Customer dissatisfaction: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as candles, are non-returnable. Please check the product page for details.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories.

2. Refund Process

  • A full refund will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
  • For online payment orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to confirm your preferred refund method.

3. Refund Credited Time Frame

  • Refunds will be processed and credited within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

4. Replacement Process

  • We offer one replacement per order for eligible returns.
  • Replacements may be shipped before the original item is returned, subject to our discretion.

5. Replacement Delivery Time Frame

  • Replacements will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item (if applicable). Delivery time frame of replacement will be 3-4 business days after it has been shipped.

6. Return Shipping

  • Glimpse Homes covers full return shipping costs for both defective/damaged items and returns due to customer dissatisfaction.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order:

8. Order Cancellation

  • Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once a dispatch confirmation or shipping notification has been sent, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled at any time before the delivery attempt. Once the delivery is out for delivery or a delivery attempt has been made, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • To cancel an order, customers must contact us at support@glimpsehomes.com/+91-7827410004 with their order ID.
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Glimpse Homes reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion due to reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment verification failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

9. Additional Terms

  • Glimpse Homes reserves all rights for resolutions regarding cancellations, refunds and replacements.
  • Ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
